Princetel, Inc. is a small fast growing technology manufacturer. Our technical team consists of engineers and technicians in the fields of
optical science, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and operations engineering. Members of our manufacturing
crew come from all walks of life such as nurse, assembler, and teacher. We are proud to be represented by
people with various national backgrounds such as US, China, Grenada, Singapore, Poland, Haiti, and Mexico.
Human resource is the company's most valuable asset. It is far more than a slogan at Princetel. Individuals
are treated with utmost respect. Family lives and individual needs often take priority over company
business interests. We understand that people come to work to have a life at home, not the other way around.
The company operates professionally at all levels of the operation.
MANUFACTURING: A state of the art MRP system controls every step of the production flow;
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP: A powerful CRM suite manages all aspects of customer service;
HUMAN RESOURCE: Full health coverage including dental and vision, Safe Harbor 401K plan
(3% company contribution to all employees including those who do not contribute themselves), and a professional web-enabled payroll/human resource system;
FACILITY: Fully air conditioned, well lit, comfortable, and spacious. A future facility (41,500 sqft, summer 2011) will be renovated to feature a great array
of eco friendly technologies (goal: LEED Silver).
Princetel holds high standards on social responsibility. Profits can be, and often are, sacrificed for
social good. Continuously reducing the company's carbon footprint drives all aspects of daily operation.
Responsible product and packaging designs, recycling practices, and smart utility usage are just a few examples.
Given the high rate of growth we will almost always have
room for highly motivated people in areas such as manufacturing. So if you believe in social responsibility
and group harmony, if you enjoy and are good at hand work (experience in optical fiber related work is a plus)
send us your resume. This might just be the career path you've been looking for.
