Princetel, Inc. is a high technology manufacturer. Our technical team consists of engineers and technicians in the fields of
optical science, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and operations engineering. Members of our manufacturing
crew come from all walks of life such as nurse, photographer, and
teacher. We are proud to be represented by

Princetel holds high standards on social responsibility. Profits can be sacrificed for
social good. Jury duty is paid leave by policy. We use recycled paper even though they cost
more from time to time. Copy paper, card boards, and
bottles are strictly recycled even if it means carrying
them home when services are not available. All full-time
employees are eligible for one day paid leave a year to
volunteer for environmental causes.
Most of our hires were done because we came across an
excellent candidate not because we had a urgent need to fill a slot. So it
is unlikely that we will post any specific opening. However, given the high rate of growth of our business we will almost always have
room for more good people in areas such as manufacturing. So if you believe in social responsibility
and group harmony, if you enjoy and are good at hand work (experience in optical fiber related work is a plus)
