RFCX series Fiber Optic Rotary Adapters (FORAs) are uniquely desinged to have the identical cross sections and mounting
features as their standard bulkhead adapter counterparts, sometimes also called mating sleeves. FORAs allow the
fiber to rotate freely while maintaining uninterrupted transmission of optical signal. Princetel's FORAs can be
pop-in replacement for FC bulkheads.
Similar to other Princetel's single-channel FORJs, model RFCX features low insertion loss and small loss variation
during rotation (wow). Return loss can reach as high as >40 dB depending on the conditions of the mating connectors.
Well conditioned connectors can also result in typical losses of around 1 dB.
They are rugged, sealed for dust and moisture, and can operate under temperature extremes
